• Information you give us — your name, email address and message when you use the contact form, and your email address when you join the Lenni Bear Club newsletter.
• Information collected automatically — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which we use in aggregate to keep the site running and secure.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To send you the newsletter, free printables and occasional news about new books, if you have subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To improve the website.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site — our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and our newsletter provider — and only as far as necessary to provide those services, or where required by law.

4. Third-party links

This site links to Amazon and to our print-on-demand store. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave lennibear.com. See our affiliate disclosure.

5. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access. Contact form messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us via the contact page.

7. Children

Our books are for children, but this website is intended for the adults who buy them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
